Growing an online business requires strategy, creativity and focus. Growing one quickly requires guidance.
ASCENT is a collaborative program that creates a framework for success, then uses a combination of projects, coaching and high-level mentorship to force rapid business growth.
It’s time for you to ascend.
How the Program Works
Each ASCENT cohort is comprised of just 30 creative, committed online business owners who are ready to face challenges head on and work with coaches, mentors and each other to accomplish big goals in a 90 days. Admission is by application only.
The program has three distinct components:
Daily Collaboration With a Team of Ambitious Leaders: students will be broken up into teams of 6 people and assigned a role within their team. At the beginning of every semester, students will publicly commit to 2-3 game-changing projects for their business, then reverse engineer the road to success. Using online collaboration tools like Slack, Basecamp, Trello and Zoom + the ASCENT Framework — members will help each other to organize, strategize, set objectives, and most importantly, stay accountable.
Week-to-Week Strategic Coaching With Experts Who Are Heavily Invested: All teams are assigned a designated coach who is an expert at solving challenging business problems. They will know you by name and be familiar with your unique situation. Every week, teams will meet with their coach to get ideas, resources and assignments that are designed to move the needle. They will also provide strategic advice for individual roadblocks. This direct and frequent feedback allows for rapid course correction that stokes the fire of business explosion.
Monthly mentorship from highly-sought, hard-to-reach entrepreneurs, influencers and thought leaders: Each month, you’ll attend a private keynote (via live streaming online broadcast) delivered by a high-level industry leader that’s designed to both inspire you and give you real world “insider” knowledge to dramatically reduce your learning curve. During these sessions, you’ll have unprecedented access to multi-millionaire CEO’s, bestselling authors, celebrity influencers and well-known thought leaders.
Meet Your Coaches
Your coaches are your lifeline. With over a decade of experience in marketing, psychology, systems and sales, DT and Alicia are expert problem solvers. You’ll be leaning on them for guidance week-to-week as you work with your teammates to complete your projects. They’ll also make sure that you stay accountable to the goals you set for yourself.
Daniel Thomas Hind
Marketing and Psycholgy
DT is the CMO of Rich20Something and the founder of Evolution Eat, a habit-based nutritional coaching company located in Los Angeles. He is an expert copywriter, skilled in psychology and persuasion with the written word.
Alicia Taylor Glenn
Sales and Technology
Alicia is the CTO of Rich20Something. A former employee of all-star companies Google and Yelp!, she has extensive experience in systems and automation, with a focus on sales and customer retention.
The Live Meetup — Optional, But Awesome
Each semester of ASCENT will conclude with a in-person weekend event at a secret location somewhere in the US. Attending this event is not required to enroll in the program, but it is highly-recommended.
Each event will help you develop new skills and take home cutting edge business ideas to put you head and shoulders above your competition.
Advanced workshops will cover subjects like:
- Copywriting and marketing
- Facebook ad strategies
- How to get VC or investment/funding
- Hiring top tier talent
- Strategic growth hacking and audience building
- Building out digital courses, selling physical products / (FBA)
- Getting published / featured in major press outlets
We’ll also dive into topics designed to round you out and give you a little flavor, such as:
- Cutting edge research on meditation, focus and productivity
- Smart drugs, nootropics and psychedelics
- Best books for personal, financial and intellectual growth
- Building powerful routines and habits to accelerate your progress
There will be catered food and drinks, as well as in-person talks from special guests. Students will cover costs for their own transportation and hotel accommodation.
Mapping Your Strategic Vision With ASCENT Director Daniel DiPiazza
In just 90 days, you’ll have worked harder on (and accomplished more in) your business than ever before. And you’ll have the progress to show for it. But the journey doesn’t end there.
Prior to completing the semester, each student will sit down 1-on-1 with ASCENT director Daniel DiPiazza to map out your strategic vision for the rest of the year. This is your opportunity to think big and start connecting the dots.
You’ll leave the program with an exact blueprint for what needs to be done moving forward — and a newfound confidence that you can achieve it.
Meet Your Mentors
Each month, you’ll be invited to a private keynote, delivered by a world class leader in entrepreneurship, business or culture. It will be streamed live, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.

ADMISSIONS
Our curriculum is hands on, but it’s not hand-holding. There will be a ton of work. Over the 90 days, you will be responsible to both yourself and your teammates for getting it done. Tuition is $5,000 and includes all the physical course materials (they’ll be mailed to you upon admission), access to everything digital and entrance to the optional live event at the end of each semester. There is a $50 application fee that will be applied to your tuition if you’re admitted. If you don’t make it this round, we’ll refund you.
